Onion Burger

Being from Oklahoma (for the most part), onion burgers are a cuisine staple. Everyone has their own take on them. So, it is only fitting that one of my first burger photos should be of this iconic classic.

I played more with this photo’s color, tone, and other adjustments. I even used the new Generative AI to change the white countertop to a more marble-looking surface. Still not sure how I feel about that feature in Photoshop.

Another issue I have found when taking these photos is that the patty always looks burnt. They are not, but they look so dark in the photos. I need to find a way to keep them looking fresh and yummy, not like a burnt hockey puck.

Here is the photo before the background swap.

I wish I could give you some fancy recipe for this one, however, it’s just a 50/50 patty (beef /sausage). In order of construction – lettuce, sauteed onions, patty, cheddar cheese, tomato, and mustard on an onion bun. Simple.
