Whether you’re fixing them on a grill or a flat top, these burgers are a crowd favorite. Just remember to make sure you melt that cheese all the way. For a perfect melt on a flat top, I love to use a little water and then do a quick cover with a dome, so that the steam perfectly melts that cheese.
