Thai Burger

For the burger project, I wanted to start with a burger I have never made, the Thai Burger. Now, this burger is not from some great Thai restaurant or an amazing find on any trip through Thailand, it is just a burger with the influence of Thai Flavors.

The patty is all pork, mixed with some Thai spices and a Thai-style slaw and Siracha-infused sauce.

For this picture, I wanted to try different texture elements and play with depth of field a bit more than normal. From the burger, the green onions & pickled jalapenos, to the Tate tots and lime, with the siracha bottle in the background.

Due to the lighting, the patty looks much darker in the photos than in real life. I need to figure out a way to draw out the colors better.

In the photo below you can see more of the outside elements of the plate. For this photo, I used a different lens than before, allowing more details of the surrounding areas.
